When kids are home and they are homeschooling they get hungry often and we want to have easy, tasty, yummy snacks ready for them.

Ingredients:
Oats 1 cup Rice puffs 1 1/4 cup Chia seeds 2 tbsp Flax seeds 2 tbsp Shredded coconut 1/3 cup Cocoa powder 2 tbsp Vanilla essence 1/2 tsp Peanut butter 1/3 cup Coconut oil 1 tbsp Maple syrup 1/3 cup
Method:
Mix the maple syrup, coconut oil, peanut butter and vanilla essence together in a deep bowl. Then add the shredded coconut and the cocoa powder to it. Finally, add the dry ingredients to this mixture. That is the oats, rice puffs, chia seeds, and flax seeds. Use both your hands to mix everything together well.
That is all!
Line a tray with butter paper. Press the dough-like mixture into it to a thickness comfortable to bite into.
Put it into the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Then cut neat squares and its ready to be devoured.
