Practice this pose to build your confidence and to overcome whatever challenges you have in your life. As you are holding the pose silently repeat to yourself “I feel confident to overcome any challenge“.

Hold the poses ( Warrior 1 and 2 ) for at least 6 breaths and then as you come out of the poses observe the state of your being.
