​​Kavita has grown up in a household soaked in Yoga and Ayurveda. Her formal education in Yoga began at The Yoga Institute, Mumbai 17 years back. After a year of training, she got absorbed in working on various projects and workshops at the Institute itself. She followed it up with the Advanced Diploma in Yoga from the University of Mumbai. Kavita traveled across India and the globe to explore various styles of Yoga till she found her own practice and beat. She also went on to specialize in kids yoga from Yoga kids International, Michigan city, USA, and Therapeutic Yoga from the Patanjali Yogapeeth, Hardwar, India. Kavita is certified in Reflexology, Acupressure, and Ayurvedic cooking from the oldest holistic healing institution, the Art of Living. She is certified in Personal Counseling from the Institute of Human Technology, Mumbai, India. She is also trained in Indian Classical Vocal music and the field of Filmmaking and has worked to keep the art of Natural dyes alive in India and Bangladesh. Kavita has been teaching Yoga for almost 15 years now; in Abu Dhabi for the last 8 yrs at various YTT, NYU, and Sorbonne University. Corporates, schools, and Yoga studios. Yoga is a “Way of Life” for kavita. Her teachings pour out straight from her heart and her life’s experience.
Richa has also grown up with Ayurveda and yoga ingrained in every cell of her being, as it was the only lifestyle at home. Her journey for self-discovery started in her teens. She did the Landmark Forum, for personal growth and the Vipassana Meditation course at that tender age. Richa went on to do Masters’s in Ayurveda from Middlesex University, London 16 years back. She is intuitive and natural with her understanding of the subject and the pulse of people. Her passion for Ayurveda lead her to study with some of the well-known names in Ayurveda at home – Arya Vaidya Pharmacy, Coimbatore, and in the West -Vasant Lad and Claudia Welsh. Others areas of certification are -Reflexology, Reiki, Acupuncture. Richa is also trained in Indian Classical Vocal music, she a graduate in Fashion Design from the Fashion Institute of Technology, New York and worked with her sister Kavita in restoring the Art of Natural Dyes in India and Bangladesh. Richa is currently a practicing Ayurvedic Consultant in London. She also teaches Ayurvedic cooking.

Sneha started her journey as a yoga practitioner 15 years ago at the oldest school of yoga, The Yoga Institute, India with a year-long Teachers Training course. She then became the course co-ordinator and taught at The Yoga Institute for four years after her training and also accompanied the Dean Hansaji Yogendra for workshops in Hongkong and France. She has also trained at Hatha-based Yoga Schools in India in methods including Sivananda and Iyengar yoga. Bhakti Yoga, Meditation and Therapeutics were an extended part of the learning and teaching.
Having an international career as a Yoga Practitioner and Kirtaneer, in countries including Turkey, Bali, Hong Kong, North America and Dubai, she is now an affiliate to THE YOGA INSTITUTE, India and Yoga Alliance registered teacher as well.
